1. How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Auro care is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes . Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

4.Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

5.Do you delivery pan India.

We strive to deliver our products to pan India, however at present we deliver only to the locations serviced by our courier partner.

6.Does Aurocare.in deliver products outside India?

We are currently not delivering products outside India. To arrange for a delivery, kindly email to info@aurocare.in and we will send you a shipping quote for the same.

7.My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. 8. How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
